Print job owned by Anonymous Login ???

I am quite confused. I have an all NT 4.0 domain. Every now and then spooler will jam and problem can be traced to job that is owned by "Anonymous Login". User that actually printed job is not able to delete, must be administrator. I cannot determine a pattern as this affects different printers and different users. I have traced a few of these documents to the actual owners and there appears to be nothing wrong with their account. Any help would be appreciated!

This I got to see. I'm also having this problem. A message will be displayed that there was an error in writing the document. Clicking on retry has no effect. Cancelling the print job will allow the other document to print.

I may have found an answer for this. Check out this HP site. It also has a couple Microsoft KB links. I gave this a try and so far so good. I'll give you an update in a couple of days.
