I'm running Open Server 5.0.6, and have a bunch of printers printing to HP Jet Direct printers. Occasionally, a print job hangs the queue, and I'm able to delete it from SCO ADMIN's print job manager. This cures the problem.
This time, however, I'm not able to delete the offending print job. The system says "Unable to delete print job(s). I then get more detail, and it says

UX:cancel:WARNING: Request "Printer2-1089" is done.
TO FIX : It is too late to do anything with it.

The print job is still in the queue.

What does this mean, and how do I delete the print job ?

In case you haven't already solved your issue... I had the same problem and solved it by stopping the local print services under Printer Manager/System/Print Services. FYI, this will stop all print services for all printers. I imagine a server reboot does the trick as well.

Thanks, techietaz.

I did a server reboot, and that cured my problem. I'll try your solution next time.
