1) Make sure your driver knows there's a duplexer installed. If you are using the driver for the 2200D (the d is for duplexing), then it should know that.
2) File --> Print then I think the Finishing tab. Click "Flip on long edge" or "Flip on short edge"

I believe the default Micro$oft driver for the LJ2200D does not allow for duplexing. If you're using the default driver, try changing to the HP driver.
