**PRINT ERROR** - ACCPAC 5.1A

Hi guys,
I hope you can help with this problem I have.

VERSION: ACCPAC 5.1A, PERVASIVE v8.6 and MSXML 4.6 SP2

I installed a new computer with accpac, I followed the same process that I had done in all computers that has accpac (they are working fine).

But this computer isn't working when I try print.
Normally we print to a PREVIEW but I am getting this error message:

DESCRIPTION: Error in File
\\server\accpac$\Plusw32\gl51A\ENG\glptls.RPT: Failed to load database information.


If try any different computer with the same user it works.
I remove and reinstalled everything (MSXML, Pervasive Client v8.6 and ACCPAC)

Rename C:\Windows\Crystal, and re-run workstation setup. If that doesn't work, look for other programs that use Crystal and un-install them.

Thanks for your help.
I did everything you said.

I had to remove another application that has use Crystal and after remove the workstation setup, reboot and reinstall everything went fine.
