I'm trying to create a layout of an envelope
I followed the instructions, put in the fields I want and nothing prints
I've changed the page setup to envelope #1o and manual feed

What is your definition of nothing prints ?

I feed the envelope into the printer and it comes through blank

I would guess that it is printing somewhere, just not on the envelope. Try moving the fields around until you see it appear on the envelope. Then you can tweak the position from there.

Was indeed my first idea Striker, the manual should bring light here.
I have 2 printers, nr 1 envelopes at the right side, nr 2 envelopes at the left side, but even than, if I mixed that up, the printer is yelling for 'paper'....¿¿??

you have to use "PrintSetup" command which specifies paper size as "Envelop 10#". Your report should based on same paper size.
If you are unable to view your fields then use "Cntl+A" command to select fields. Your field set must having width below 0 or 0. Change it to required spec. It may possible that they are having "Locked" status. Pls. change even that to change size.

After "Print" command again make use of "PrintSetUp" to bring back your printer set up to original one.
