Print EAN13 barcodes from access

Can somebody help with the printing of ean 13 barcodes from access

I have the trick for printing ean8 using a windows truetype font- see below (my gift to you!)

Lead character is ! followed by
First four digits in normal format
Middle delimiter is –
Last four characters are converted to lower case equivalents with a=0, b=1 etc
Trailing character is !

I know there are miriads of OCX and other stuff that will do this but if you can print EAN8 then why not EAN13!

I tried using the above method and many variations on ean 13 but they don't scan

Thanks John,

I downloaded the demo from the link you gave me and it all works as I wanted.

Off to buy the fully functional fonts now.
