I want to display this in a single lines - for all my 7 FALC cards?

TN / DN / NAME

I know it can be done because I did it years ago and ive forgotten what to run..doh!!

Your memory is fading :) There is not a way to print a one-line report of TN/DN/Name from the PBX alone.

You can get DN and Name (LD 95) (but no TN)
You can get TN and DN (LD 81) (but no name)

Use the method in my previous post to get one-line of all you need.

Thanks for that - Ive still got the TNImport programme from years ago (just need to change the year to 2006 as its expired) and that works - Ill run the same using the one you suggest. Saving my TNB data to capture file as we speak.
Thanks.

All right this is embarrassing but 'newbie to Nortel' needs a little more instruction to;
If you want to get a true "flat file" of TN - DN - Name, I'd print an entire TNB to a "text" file (not pasting it into Word) and then openin the text file in this:
So... I go into LD 20?
REQ: PRT
TYPE: TNB
CUST:
TN: {return}

How do you "print an entire TNB to a text file"?
Then what, use your friends Excel Conversion Utility to convert that file down to TN/DN/NAME?

As many steps as you can explain, I'd really appreciate it. Our CS1000 5.5 is a month old and I'm looking to make an electronic Cable Book using the DES as a reference as we had our vendor create DES entries with Floor/MDF Cable Pair.

Can I break it down to TN/DN/DES as well?

Thanks

how are you getting in to the TTY? after printing either all your superloops (which would leave out trunks, etc) or all TNBs, you copy and paste it to notepad, and from the excel maro page, you browse to the txt file and it will do its magic.

So I take it you do not have a PC or a terminal emulation program or a cable to connect your PBX to a PC? Obtain those and then you can print a TNB to a file.

We've covered that. He needs TN / DN / nAME

You can get DN and Name (LD 95) (but no TN)
You can get TN and DN (LD 81) (but no name)

Oh, OK, I can just 'copy entire screen to clipboard' from PuTTY and paste it into Notepad and saving it as the text file?

I use PuTTY 6.0 for command line.

I thought there was a special command or something.

Thanks

My original question has been answered perfectly, thank you all for your help.

I remember the LST command from years ago and that must have been it but as has been stated it doesnt cover all 3 elements I need.

I have an older verion of the GHTROUT programme circa 2005 (TNimport) which covers everything I need. Ive selected the data I need from the resulting Excel spread and deleted the data I dont need - I can now conduct my audit of Analogue ports and have a clearout...!

Thanks all
