I am still working on the work order rpt. for my company and have come up with another scenerio which I am not sure how to handle.

My report sorts first by order number, then release number, then items and lastly by components. I consolidate the information for the items and components. . . each item has a sequence number related to it, if the items are consolidated I print out a line on the report saying "Consolidated Item", but the company wants the sequence numbers also to print out. I can do this but I can only get it to print vertically, how do I show the sequence numbers for the items consolidated going across the page on one line? Any ideas would be helpful! [sig][/sig]

Hyde,

I answered a very similar question just ahead of yours (look for Mavors asking about arrays). My response should also work for you. It requires that you be able to work with Crystal Variables, which behave a bit differently. Let me know if you have questions.
