Print current screen from access

Is there a way to print the active screen without printing every single record? The command button is on a toolbar used for all forms.

The way I have always done it, is to use the <ALT> + <PRINT SCREEN> buttons and then copy into an MS Paint window. From there, I just crop the image to the size of the form itself. I would like to know if there is another way too...

There is a button that you can make that will print current record. This will only print the record that is current. After you have make the button select the categories form operations and select print current form.

Try printing as usual and then setting your print to print From page 1 to page 1 - seems to work. Hope it works.
