On the HP laser 4100 PS, everytime a user prints it prints out the cover (separator page?) that wastes paper. How can this be fixed? I tried to check the Print Preferences but not sure how.

Properties >> Advanced >> Printing Defaults >> Banner Pages... set to disable.
