Print code in color

Hello

I really need som help.
Im using Compaq Visual Fortran 6.1. In the "File->Print Colorized Fortran" you are able to print out the code in color, but you can't set the page-margins, header/footer.

Is it possible to do this in CompaqVisualFortran?

Or does anyone know another tool that prints out Fortran code in color? (the tool has to be free software then)
