Hello all,
I created a form and subform which shows the persons name and address in the form and items they purchased in the subform.
Since the items vary I created a print labels button which runs the label saver code. The idea is that we do not waste labels and the user can create several shipping labels based on what they see.
The trouble is: The program prints the labels based on what is in the sub form.
Example subforms shows three items, run print labeles, prompt start label 2 Prompt number of labels to print 1.
I receive three labels even though I asked for one.

head scratcher..any ideas

fred

In the query that is populating your label go in and remove all references to the Order Items table, so that you only have the Name address etc...
That will then allow the Saver software to function correctly.
