Print automatic to a printername

Using version 8.5, Is it possible to print automatically
the report when I have a record on my report?
and for each new record again?

So if someone adds a new record 1t 3:12am, you want the entire report to print, again? What does 'automatically ' mean? With no human intervention at all? If so how often? Once? Once per day? Once per hour?

With automatic I mean without human intervention to get a print and this once new record, if this is not possible then once per hour.

The way how I'm using my report at this moment is,

I refresh it once 1 hour to see if I have error message's
in my report which is made by users.
but some times I forget to check/refresh this report and because of this i want that the report will run this self and make a print for each new record/error message.

I know this should be possible but don't know how.
