How to print two fields in same place on report if field 1 is blank
 
huh? not sure exactly what you're looking for, but...

=iif(Field1 = "", Field2, Field1)

I have a access report with a four line address. In the report if address line 1 is not blank then print it immediately under the name, if it is blank then print address line 2 immediately under the name.
 
Make a text box. make it's control source be:

=iif(Address1 is null,Address2,Address1 & " " & Address2)

when typing, do the first double-quote, then ALT+ENTER (makes a carriage return), then the second double-quote.
