Prime and Control Set 1

Hi all,

We have a new receptionist and I am in the process of moving everything over to her. I noticed within the Element Manager that all of the lines have a Prime and Control Set DN set to the old receptionist's number. What are these two settings used for?

Prime set determines where the line rings in the absence of any line assignments, if programmed to use the prime set.

Control DN determines which set is allowed to put a line in anything other than normal mode (service mode) for ringing, restrictions, or routing.
