Primary server won't update definition

Hi all,

I've programmed my symantec system center to update the primary server every day at 6 am but it's not working, everytime I check, it not updated when it should be. If I start the update manually, it works.

My primary server is Netware 5.1 sp4

Anybody ???

Are there error messages in the logs saying that it's either connected or no? I had a situation once where the Live Update Internal Server couldn't connect for one reason or another but I could connect manually after open a web browser or some other silly thing...

Otherwise, I've noticed that perhaps setting the update time at closer to 8-9 am is a better idea (at least on the west coast).

Reinstall LiveUpdate. Worked for me. Also install latest version of LiveUpdate from Symantec web site.
