We are having unusual problems with our Exchange 5.5 sp4 servers. Whenever the PDC is rebooted, we begin to have problems with users trying to access their Outlook 2000 client. If they are already in Outlook they are okay for awhile, but if they just login after the reboot, they receive message "login credentials are incorrect". We have about 10 local Exchange servers, it seems to effect 4 of the 10.
The servers are have been online for months without problems. After the 4 servers are rebooted the users are then able to access Outlook once again. We thought it may be a WINS problem. I know little about WINS, but we are using the same address. Anyone response will be more than I currently have.
