My Windows XP suddenly crash and after i restarted it i got 'NON SYSTEM DISK / DISK BOOT FAILURE...' something like that. I tried to diagnosed the disk with partition magic and it detected as Unallocated partition. How to restroe it? I have a lot of important files on it so how to restore all the data?
is there any software that can restore data from formatted disk ?

Did anybody have an idea what make cause this problem ? is it a virus?

Have you tried "NTFS Reader", yet..?
I found the article on 'How to' column from the pc world websites. You can browse and download the file "ntfs reader' and be sure how to do it.
hopefully can help.
