Price Levels

Can anyone give an explanation on how are price levels managed in Aloha and how is it (price level management) reflected in the databases?

Price levels for Aloha allows you to have the same item at different price points
You use event 25 and 30 to turn price changes on and off.
You could use them as a well, call and Premium for drinks. With price levels I can then set anything with price level Well to a lower price during happy hour and I don't have to go through every item to do it.

How many price levels can I assign to an item? and can one price level be used for different items (like in micros)?

In Aloha you build price levels first then you can assign them as you want to items. Have 8 different price levels of the same item if you wanted, not sure why you would need more than a few but in Aloha its possible

But in menu item maintenance -> price ,I am only able to choose one price level. I wanted different price levels to have different sizes of something (small, medium, Large, Extra Large,)
