after installing a new PRI circuit in a remote office option 11 I get about two or three PRI210 (wrong coding standard) alarms each week. Carrier says it's not them; PBX vendor says to simply ignore them. Should I ignore them? I know nothing about D-channels, so I don't even know what wrong coding standard is indicating. thank you.

one or two codes a week is not much to be concerned about, print the dchannel and see if it's built right, if it's a pri back to the pstn make sure you don't have a pni assigned. it may be as simple as vce and opposed to vod in the dsel. you can msgi/o in 96 and find the source of the code

thank you. Obviously I can't do any of this since I don't know anything about d-channels but I'll see if the NTPs can help.
