PRI trouble on MG1000E PRI

I have been having various issues with a DID PRI with the DLOP built on 36 0 1 and the ADAN/DCH on the MSDL at 36 0 2 port 0. the trunks wont IDLE they are stuck in MBSY but the clocking is up and working. when the DLOP is built in 36 0 2 and the ADAN is 36 0 2 port 1 the clock is not recognized
. my contract maintenance provider is saying the DLOP and the ADAN/DCH has to reside in the same slot but the manual states otherwise. I have another DID PRI built in an MG1000E PRI that is built in 28 0 1 with the ADAN/DCH in 28 0 2 port 0 that functions fine. so my question is is this current build correct? I think this is a corruption issue

no it is MSDL. TMDI cards will not function in a MG1000E PRI.

So you have a NTAK09? With an onboard DCH Card? Or is it an MSDL Card in another slot?

I can't power down the shelf to verify card type. the gateway card is a NTDW70AAES idc= NTDW98AA. I have a number of odd numbered DLOPs.
