I am sometimes asked by Sales people who have run Traffic studies on their customer's PRI circuit's how to interpret the resulting reports. Here's a list of the Register's with their definitions to help interpret the reports.

INFAIL – Number of call origination attempts from Customer to Network which are terminated unsuccessfully (usually due to partial/incorrect dial)
OUTFAIL – Number of unsuccessful outgoing trunk seizures from Network to Customer
INCATOT - Number of Outgoing Calls from the Customer to the Network
NATTMPT - Number of Incoming Calls to the Customer from the Network
NOVFLATB - All B-Channels busy (blockage and or overflow if designed)
TRU - Real Usage in CCS (Centium Call Seconds, 1 CCS = 100 seconds)
SBU - Network Maintenance in CCS
MBU - Network Maintenance in CCS
TOTU - Total Usage in CCS (TRU + SBU + MBU = TOTU)
Usage (Mins) - Conversion of TOTU to Minutes

Thank Tek-Tips user: ILECCLEC for most of the definitions as I just wanted to add the definitions of INFAIL and OUTFAIL to ILECCLEC's response to an Erlang question in which he lists DMS PRI Traffic Study Registers in this thread: thread461-1403224 but it was closed so I am posting the complete list here.

Here are the VFG definitions.

****IPT & Virtual Facility Group****
VFGTOTAL - Total number of calls (could be inbound or outbound depending on configuration)
VFGBLCKD - All B-Channels busy (blockage and or overflow if designed)
VFGLSCBL - Network Maintenance in CCS
VFGTRU - Total Usage in CCS (Convert to minutes by VFGTRU*100/60)
