Has any one ever encountered this? We have 5 T1's to Bell Canada our LP's 10,11,33,76,77. Bell requires 1 DCH which we put on LP 10 (DCH 0)and the BDCH on LP 77 (DCH 23). The DCH establishes so we know our connection is good, however any channels seized on LP 11 or 76 ring at the far end but do not ring at our end and give dead air. We have The PRI Interface ID for DCH 0 (LP 10) setup to handle LP 11,33,76. The only difference in the programming is that on the LP's that work (10,33,77) there is an extra prompt in the PRINT that says STRI/STRO OWK OWK. We are being assured that everything is OK by our provider.

PRT in ld 11 post/look at TN 10 1 and 11 1, different? out members in ld 14 or non-working trunks, make them match trunk TN 10 1.

Thanks for the reply...The only difference of course is the route and member, and the STRI/STRO. However when we build the channels in LD 14 there is no prompt for STRI/STRO. Here is the print...

loop 77 is a working pri, note B-CHANNEL SIGNALING
loop 16 is a working t1, note STRI/STRO WNK WNK.. problem could be in a couple of places..1st place would be cequ.

Code:
DLOP NUM DCH FRM TMDI LCMT YALM TRSH
   TRK 016 24 ESF NO B8S FDL 00
   PRI 077 24 ESF NO B8S FDL 00

loop 16 was added as a trk, 77 as a pri.. the other palce would be your d..

Code:
  PRI INTERFACE ID
  076 2
  077 3
  140 4

for that loop the d is on loop 125, it is the d for 125,76,77,140.. you have to disl the loop, out the trunks.. change what ever is missing and put the trunks back in.. ld 14 out 24 and new 24 makes that a 10 minute job..

Just wondering if provider (Bell) has their layer 3 programming correct?
