Pri To Analog ??

I realize this has nothing to do with Norstar .. But is there such a thing as a Box that converts a PRI signal to individual analog type ports so we could have like 23 500 sets connected to it ??

Yes; it is called a ATA adaptor.

I think the adtran 550 would do this. I am setting up one to convert POTS lines into a PRI input to a MICS (thru MCK Extenders) There may be interface cards for the 550 that will provide the ringer that the loop would need
