PRI/T1 programming 1

is programming a partial PRI on a norstar is the same like programming a full PRI or i have to tell the system that i only have 14 voice chhanels that is working on this pri( what prpgramming i do

You'll need to deprovision channels 15-23.

Don't forget to also take down the link for channels 15-23

I think he means disable the B-channels 15-23 under Link Status.

Along with Provising you'll have an area under Maintenace that says Link Status. Go in there and disable the Link for the B-Channels.
