PRI T1 msgo says cause 1: unassigned number

We have a PRI t1 tie from an opt 11 to a teleworks pc. Incoming calls to teleworks from opt 11 work fine. 4 digit internal calls from teleworks to opt 11 work fine. 7 digit calls from teleworks to opt 11 to go out on co t1 gets rejected with "cause 1: unassigned number".

Any help would be appreciated
 
in that msg are you seeing a 4 digit number? if the provider is sending 7 your rejecting it because it's not in your internal numbering plan.. if your ldn is 4 digits that's all your switch is looking at.

I have another opt 11 on a tie t1 that also sends 7 digit calls out on my opt 11 and it works fine. Teleworks is a pc based phone device that gives recorded messages both for incoming and outgoing.
 
the number of digits can be 7 if in ldn_data is a 7 digit number. then you need an idc table for each did number..

if the provider sends 777 1000 and my dn is 1000 i would need an idc to strip the 777

I guess I'm not being clear on my problem. Teleworks is supposedly emulating an opt 11. It's connected to my switch with a pri t1. the customer programs teleworks to call out to a certain number. It sends an incoming message on the dchannel to my switch to setup a call to 99311111. My switch sends a return message that the call is rejected because of cause 1 : unassigned number. If the cust programs teleworks to call a 4 digit did in my switch it works fine. Incoming calls from my switch to teleworks work fine. One other thing...when call comes in to my switch and goes to teleworks on the dchannel monitor after the phone number it shows e164 and nat.
When call comes from teleworks to my switch it shows unknown and unknown after the phone number.
