THE CUST WOULD LIKE TO HAVE LINES ON SETS AS THEY DO NOW. THEY DO NOT WANT TO GO TO A PARK AND PAGE ENVIROMENT. IS THERE A WAY TO DO THIS OR SOMTHING LIKE IT SO AS FAR AS THE CUSTOMER IS CONCERNED IT WORKS JUST AS IF THEY HAD 12 LINES ON ALL THERE STES. THE SOFT WARE IS 6.0 MICS WITH 1 SPAN PRI AND 7324'S THROUGH OUT THE SYSTEM

Nortel offers the following guidance on target line appearances:
There is a suggested limit of four line keys per telephone. You can program more than four keys on a telephone by programming less than four on other telephones. For instance, you might program 20 keys on a receptionist telephone equipped with a CAP and only three keys on the 20 telephones connected to the CAP.

if its a pri"23 channels/d channel" then the trunks/channels cant appear on any sets only target lines will work... if its a plain old t1 and lets say 1 800 number pointed to it and rings the trunks/channel then yes just assign lines to appear and ring on all sets ..if the plain old t1 is set up for recvd digits no i guess you could try assigning all target lines to all sets but what about voice mail????why have a norstar ????

You can try the System Wide Call Appearance (SWCA) - they are Features *520 to *535 - allowing up to 16 buttons to be programmed. These new feature codes act sort of like a 'visual' call park.
The pdf documents that come with the 6.0 software will explain this new feature.
