PRI SETUP, Can Receive all, only tollfree calls go out others rng busy (fast busy). DCH monitor shows CAUSE: #41 - NTWK TEMP FAIL
Can dial toll free numbers ok, incoming works fine all others fail. LD 90 AC1 routes all tollfree and others to same rli (2) no DMI all out the same route (0). Telco came out with a TBird and placed outgoing calls. I'm at a loss...

Have replaced PRI Card (using same CC, but diffent DCH Board), Replaced Power Supply, Swapped out cabinet, replaced SSC Card (Same Daughter board & mem chip).

is this new? Remove the 1 using a DMI table. they may have changed this. if LEC is still there ask them if you need to send the 1 or just 10 digits.

this is a rebuild of a system hit by lightning. Nothing changed on the LEC side. We were not removing the 1 prior. Plus we can not make local calls either (10 digit dialing). Again everything goes out the same rli/route with no DMI.

Called the LEC back to verify the circuit settings. 2 Hrs laters started working...LEC never called back. Hum...
