Does anyone know what LCKO means? I am researching intermittent issues where callers are getting "all circuits are busy." Here is a print of my cards...

It means Locked out. You can enable the channels in de same LD
ench 3 1
ench 3 21
ench 3 23
ench 3 16

LCKO is a channel that is "Locked Out" and out of service from the carrier. You have carrier issues. Check all of the programming on these circuits and verify with the carrier you are both programmed correctly. In LD 60, type lcnt to list all of the counters to look at errors on the circuit. Call in a trouble ticket and advise the carrier, so both of you can do some testing to find the problem. Is your clock working and tracking on the primary T?
Good luck,
DocVic

I see you have a backup D-channel.
This is what iI found on the Nortel Web Site.

Symptom:
B channels locked out when backup D channel active.

Cause:
CO had both trunk groups define as 0.

Problem Resolution
Fix: Have CO redefine the span with backup D channel as 1.

If you lose a pri, and it comes back, like a bounce, then lock out is typical if someone was on a call when it happened, a good indication of how many users were affected. As Doc and RS stated, you have trouble, or attenuation on there.

Not sure what RS is stating here, but it looks like both PRI's are in a single trunk group with DCH 12 as the prime DCH and DCH 13 as the backup. I would disable both PRI's, then re-enable them to see if that clears the locked out channels. Clear your counters in LD 60 before bringing the spans up. Then keep an eye on your counters. They should tell you where the trouble is.

Don't take you whole T down just to see if it will unlock a few channels. With so few in lcko, take the individual channels down/up.

Take the primary down as the channels free up. Then calls will fail over to the secondary. Then vice versa. No calls dropped and you start with a clean slate.

one problem..

to disl either loop, you need to drop the d, since it's nfas when you dis dch primary, backup est's.. still can't disl.. does ench work?

If I disable a channel and re-enable it, it comes back up as locked-out. How do I take the whole card down. I tried this morning using DISL but it would not take the card down.

you would have to smoke both Dch & Bdch after hours, then address bouncing the loops.

can you disl 12 with 13 active?

See what John is saying? If you dis the D, the B will auto, you would have to take both D & B down, then the loops, this is service affecting here, and your good channels are in use according to your post. Off hrs needed.
