We are trying to install a tie line between a Nortel CS1K and a CUCM 9.X. We are having issue with getting the d-ch up. The B-channels are ok. Does anyone have the configurations or an idea of where this problem my be?

I haven't used Qsig, but for me it has always been the setting for SIDE that catches me - either usr or net. One side needs to be set as usr and the other net. Clok needs to be either EXT or INT as well.

If its not working, get a bigger hammer!

QSIG works well between Nortel and Cisco, not sure how the B-channels can be fine and the D-channel not when the B-channels are dependent on the D-channel to work. Probably a NET or USR setting on the D-channel

Are you installing 2MB (E1) or T1 PRI card? And also check CRC protocol for both Cisco & CS1K.
