PRI Problems on BCM 400 Please Help!

I am having a problem with a BCM 400 recent install in which we upgraded from analog to DTM using PRI. Programmed and unit worked perfect until we discovered that consistently there would be static on lines after a second channel was in use. The telco disabled channel 22 to try to isolate problem and now it consistently fails when a 4th call is placed instead of two like previous. I have had Embarq and TelePacific techs for vendor meets and they say all tests clean, but last week TPac was experiencing same EXACT problem with thier test set direct to PRI with no connection to BCM. Problem now is that it works every time on thier set, but fails on BCM only. I have checked, rechecked every setting and not new to MICS or BCM configurations or deployment. Any idea's guys? Could there be a problem with the DTM or BCM I am overlooking? it is 3.7 S/W. I am losing my mind on this one!!!

no takers? I know, It's Labor Day, but I am really looking for anyone that may have experienced same and how it may have been resolved. I read every post related to PRI in this forum and found some interesting things, but some posts incomplete (no resolution posted) and I tried various setting changes as suggested. Please help. Thanks all!

The fact your telco was experencing the same problem suggests it is a line problem...BUT
Try and change the RJ45 cable from the PRI card .there may be an intermittent contact on this.The cable could have Deteriorated slightly.
 
If they disabled channel 22 deprovision channel 22 in resorces, PRI , ch22.
 
Thanks guys for your responses. I figured it out. Prior to upgrade to DTM w/ PRI, they had (2) GATM8's running analog trunks. I had DTM in Bus 06 with removal of a GATM. The other GATM was still on system, but not present in Element Manager so I never even thought to check it out. Turns out it was DIP switch set at bus 6 as well creating the confilct. I removed from system completely, rebooted, and all channels worked perfectly. I had telco re-enable Ch.22 and tested about 8 simultaneous calls and all worked perfectly and consistently well. My expertise is in MICS, and I have several BCM's I have worked with, but after this I feel very confident in my BCM abilities. Thanks again for all your help guys!
