PRI Problem

I am installing an 11C with a PRI circuit from telco. PRI is configured ESF/B8ZF, High-Low. Outgoing calls work fine. Incoming calls ring at the station for about 1/2 second and then drops. Does anyone have any suggestions on what may be causing this?

is this custom or ni-2, what are the trunks ? lots of questions you need to ask the L.D.

IF THESE TRUNKS ARE DID YOU NEED A NUMBER IN THE LDNO OF THE CUSTOMER DATA BLOCK. IF YOU ARE A THREE DIGIT PLAN YOU NEED A THREE DIGIT NUMBER IF A FOUR DIGIT PLAN FOUR DIGITS NUMBER AND SO ON. THIS IS MY THE FIRST THOUGHT NOT KNOWING MORE ABOUT YOUR CONFIGURATION. HOPETHIS HELPS
