PRI priority-inbound outbound calls

We have an ip office 4.1.15 with 2 PRI's.
Right now, it fails over so if 1 PRI goes down the other kicks in for outbound calls.
But I want to try and add this: any outbound calls use PRI#1, and only if that PRI gets full, then to use PRI#2

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
?Why. Seems like unnecessary faff for no reason.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
Easy though, different outgoing line groups and just use ARS tables :)

 
Each PRI is thru a different company and one of them is considerably less in LD charges and we make a lot of outgoing calls.
We cannot change LD carriers on the PRI's either.
 
okay, makes sense now - do as Mr.Riddle says.
