I have a V2 8.1 running pranks on me.
If this would have been sip it would have made more sense but I'm running 4xPRI.
Two times now, we've had one way voice in MDA/MEX-cellphones (or what you call it overseas). The one calling to the pbx can hear but not the one answering in his cell. Same if customer-cell call external. Last time this occurred to 4 users that I know about, of over 300 users. Tried calling several others without problems. Reboot and back on track! Lost my monitor-traces but doesn't even have a clue what we're looking for anyway?
Do any of you have any experience in similar problems? Would like to be more prepared if and next time it happens so I can do some quick tests before trying to find a slot for a reboot.(And later hardware or software-replacement of course). One thing I know I forgot to try was to test if DTMF passes through.
