PRI on MICS connected to Cisco router using SIP

i have a PRI that was recently moved over to a Cisco router that is providing the T1 connectivity. The router is connected to a 12meg pipe and using SIP. On outbound dialing some calls get out, most intercept to the operator (221)... getting pushback from the vendor saying the MICS is dropping the call... system worked fine for years on a "Normal" PRI???? any info would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe check your PRI protocol settings vs what the new carrier settings are to be and also check alarms.

This may or may not help you but I had a similar set up as yours recently and I noticed that I had to enter the DID of each set in the OLI. field to get the sets to dial out properly over the new SIP/PRI. You may want to give it a shot.
