I'm trying to install a new PRI on a Legend 4.0. I have a 100D working with 24 Tie Lines.

I change from T1 to PRI and programed as normal. ATT is using a DMS-100 set as a 5ESS with ATT custom. ATT sees D-channel is in lockout. Will Legend 4.0 do PRI or do I need 4.1 or higher?

Thanks

If AT&T is using a DMS 100 switch - then you have to set your switch-type in PRI programming to DMS 100, not 5ESS. They are incompatible - so go back into PRI programming and change your switch-type to DMS 100. Also verify that they are using NI-1 protocol vs. NI-2. NI-2 will not work.

Legend 4.0 does not have a choice for switch type DMS-100. Looks like an upgrade

Thanks

If you upgrade - I would go all the way to Magix R4,V7 - rather than the last Legend version.
