Programmed a PRI on a 24PRT card in one of my 2000IPS switches, but when I make the card active I cannot send/receive calls over the existing CCIS route (I get reorder after dialing the number). Incoming calls get reorder as well.

I've been through the PRI programming twice and found no mistakes, but as soon as I flip the toggle switch up, CCIS goes back in service and incoming/outgoing calls go through correctly.

Any ideas where I've messed up?

Doug,

If your CPU (CP24 or CP26) is only supporting 48 ports, only one T1 will work. This is what you need to check to verify what T1 capacity you have;

Command F88>02> If it says :001 then you only have capacity for one T1 card. You will need to get the "64 Port software".

Let me know...

Actually just upgraded this PBX last month to handle the addition of a remote PIM and 2 more CCIS links (192pt s/w). Checked F88 anyways and have 5 DTI, 5 PRI, 4 CCIS, 3 Remote PIM available in software.

And the CCIS link never actually goes down. The link light stays lit, but the PBX will not route calls.

I checked programming one more time, but didn't see anything wrong, and decided to reboot the system for the heck of it. I must have missed a restart during my initial programming, but the last restart I did brought the circuit up and I have not had any trouble with the CCIS link since then.
