The DID numbers are not display externally properly. The first 3 digits of the phone number is getting the info from the CLID and not being sent as the DID number. The PRI has NI1 signalling. I saw somewhere that by changing to NI2 signalling, the DID number would be sent externally. Can anyone confirm this?

Print your CLID table and post for us, NI2 will give CLID, but it has to be changed at the CO and on your PBX, do you have a d channel?

Yes, I have a D-channel.

okay, you are set up, I assume that you have the clid assigned to phones so you'll need to convert to NI2, call Telco and schedule, you'll need to reconfig your D for NI2 then....
