pri mics fast busy

Hi all,need help on mics 6.1 pri 40 dids.for the last week we have been getting fast busy on 4 out 5 calls.i know fb's come from central office.this system has been in place for a while and no trouble.pri comes from cox and of course they say it is our system programing.we have 8 intercoms and 8 apperances all app and ring.First line is forwared to 800#.can anyone help as to why we all of sudden get fast busys on incoming.thanks!

How many rollover lines does this 800 destination have on their system?.

Why is your main line forwarded?

What lines are people calling?

Have you called in a BCM tech?

I'm inclined to agree with Curly my man. Why would you have your main BTN forwarded to an 800 number. The 800 number does not have channels nor does it hunt. When someone is on that line it is busy!!!!!

ok,i took the first line off cf,still the same thing fast busy 2out of 5 calls.can anyone tell me how to fix this.
 
I would first go into maintenance and under provisioning make sure that all the channels are provisioned. if they are then you need to trouble shoot with carrier. have them monitor circuit while making calls. should be able to see what is going on!!! good luck
