I have a MICS 7.x w/CP150, PRI.
After cust had me install PRI from another vendor I'm getting complaints about callers calling in and can't dial any extension..they can't interupt the CCR main menu... the system then transfers the caller to the antendant because they haven't made a selection. This CCR was perfect when it had my POTS lines going it in..now I get this weird problem. The PRI vendor has been known to have issues at times and never say anything.Good luck to me proving this little gem.
I will say though I have seen problems with people calling in from cell phones and IP phones that the MICS/CICS systems don't like even on my pots lines... just curious if anyone has seen T1 vendor signaling problems such as this one?

looks like DSP patch problem - the latest one is A8.
IF anything below that you'll have to upgrade it

(You'll need a serial connection to logon and lookup DSP version - logon and dsp vers)

Is this a patch for the T1 card ? I'll check on the Nortel site to see if I can find some info about this.

thank you.

The problem doesn't happen all the time... but it just takes one call problem for me to get a trouble ticket on this system.

The DSP Patch is for the Call Pilot.

ok... I found it at Nortel ... I've been having this problem for awhile even on the FLASH units and cellphones.

thank you
