hi

anybody can help me in this case ;the pri clid displays the like this xxxxxxx>H222
i want "H222" not to be displayed.

thanx.

that possibly the Autoattendant -> which is answering the call

i have many sites which have pri lines and the autoattendant is active , but it does not display like that.......is it profile issue

Do you have 2 sites that are networked with BCM's?
