PRI ISSUE WITH AT&T MEGACOM CALL BY CALL SET UP

We have a new customer that we're trying to install an IP Office but can't get their long distance pri to work. They have AT&T Megacom call by call service. We had AT&T monitor the d channel and they say they are not receiving the megacom tag from the IP Office. System Status shows the pri in service and idle. I'm not sure I had the right options checked in Monitor but here is the monitor output...

I have the provider set to AT&T, and call by call set to Megacom. Does anyone have any experience getting this Megacom call by call service to work?
