probably wrong protocol od PRI. Check what protocol you should be running. Is your PRI delivered on copper or fibre; if copper it could well be faulty pairs. You would need a PRI tester to be sure but you could look in maintenance and do a dstat on the pri to see if its reporting errors.
DID; look at the help files they are very good. Would need to know software level for an answer really as things changed in the way you can do them over time. Easy way is just to do a system speed call entry with the delivered digits and where to send them. that equates to actual number and destination and I am assuming the AX is the same as other models.
