I have a customer with a BCM50 installed new in 2008. The customer recently switched to another service provider and claims that since converting to a new carrier that the forwarding of DID calls to voicemail(Call Pilot) is not working the same as it did with the previous provider. There were no changes made to the configuration of the BCM during the change of providers.
The phone used is a T7208 with 2 icm keys, the target line has the phone's extension number as the prime set. DRT is set for 6 rings. Two DID calls will ring and can be answered, the third DID call hits the BCM, drops and forwards to the carriers listed forwarding number that is used when the circuit is out of service or for calls that don't have a valid destination. If I set the target line's prime set to be the VM DN then the third DID call will end up in the General Delivery mailbox. The customer claims the third call used to go straight to the extensions mailbox.
When I tested this internally, my third call received a busy and did not FNA to the VM.
Is it possible for a third call to go the mailbox if the station only has two ICM's?
Thanks, Bill
