Hi all
we are changing PRI in hipath 4k there is existing pri and new pri did series will be other and all 4 digit extensions are going to change in i create new pri then how i will map did old series 8200 new series will be 3600
Hey guys we are in emergency, the service provider changed numbers and now we are in a fix.
We need to know how do i divert a specific DID number to a physical port number?
Can we see the table and modify it?
So it seems that you are getting 4 digits incoming DDI from the carrier.
Currently getting 8200&&8299 I presume which go directly to the corresponding extension numbers.
New config will be 3600&&3699
Do you want to keep your existing extension range/numbering internally or change internally to correspond with the external range ?
You are getting 4 digits incoming already - if you call a DDI number it rings a phone which corresponds to the DDI number.
You are changing your DDI numbers.
Setup a new extension range -
ADD-WABE:3600&&3699,,,STN,N;
Change the existing numbers to the new numbers individually
CHA-SBCSU:STNO=82XX,NEWNO=36XX;
CHA-SCSU:STNO=8200,NEWNO=36XX;
Change the existing numbers to the new numbers all at once: (Check history for errors)
CHANGE-SDAT:STNO=8200&&8299,TYPE=DATA,NEWNO=3600&&3699;
If problems like Operator numbers etc. let me know
You're welcome, I hope it all works out for you.
Just a quick explanation regarding the TDCSU setup.
Say you are getting 4 digits in from your carrier and your extensions are 4 digits long.
Also for example that the last 4 digits directly correspond with your extension numbers.
Then you have a blank DGTPR and a blank SUPPRESS and a blank RUFUM on your system because the incoming 4 digits go directly to the extensions without the requirement for any modification.
Say you are getting 7 digits from your carrier and your extensions are 3 digits long.
Also for example that the last 3 digits directly correspond with your extension number.
You remove/strip off the leading 4 digits from the incoming string as follows: SUPPRESS=4, the rest of the incoming digits will correspond with your extension range so no further modification is required.
Say you are getting 4 digits from your carrier and your extensions are 5 digits long.
Also for example that the last 4 digits directly correspond with your extension ranges.
Then you ADD a leading digit to the incoming string to allow the calls go directly to extensions.
Say you have 62300&&62399 as your internal extension range but the carrier is sending in only 2300&&2399
then you change the TDCSU with DGTPR=5 (Digit prefixing =number 6/ put the digit 6 before the incoming 4 digit string because your example extensions start with 6)
There are other ways and more complex examples - however I am sure you get the concept of it.
Any questions let me know - Regards
Hi,
To delete 4000 you will have to delete by CPS/Call Progress State.
DELETE-WABE:TYPE=CD,CD=4300,CPS=6&10&11&12,DAR=ADNDDID;
(Look at the *** to see what CPS the DAR is added in for)
