Hello folks -
I am going to be configuring a 2811 router which will have 2 PRI's on it. Both those PRI's will be used for dial-up access from remote sites. We will have one 800 number for dial up purposes. May have a second 866 number, but not sure at the moment.
We are getting the PRI lines from Verizon. Verizon sent me an email today asking the following:
"Do you want a Primary D on each ds1, which will be 2 separate trunk groups that over flow or one trunk group of 46 B channels, 1 Primary D channel, and 1 back up D channel?"
My answer was the latter, one trunk group with 46 channels.
Do you guys see an issue with this? This is very critical for our business, so I just want to be sure...
Thanks for your help!
