PRI CHANNEL GETTING LOCK-OUT INTERMITTENLY

Hi to all,

Thanks to all giving me great support that help me surviving in this field.I have customer site with CS1000E R6 system with one PRI card.PRI channel get locking out intermittenly like once in a week.Can anyone help me to solve this issue.

nope all channel getting locked.

 

[Firebird Scrambler]

Go into LD 60 and key in LCNT to see the status of the PRI link. Also check the clocking. It's worth checking out the history file.

As suggested, what does the history file show. Any error's indicative of pointing to a pri, short hold etc.....
Though the counters show clean, have you opened a ticket with your circuit provider to test circuit?
