we jut changed carriers and when we try to dial out long distance a message comes up saying you need to dial a 1 even when we do dial the one. also with our last carrier we had 1 local PRI and 1 LD PRI and now both PRI's do both. how do we configure the calls to go out over both?

thanks

put them in the referenced RLI
if your LD route backs up your local route, put it as entry 1 in your local RLI with a DMI that deletes 0 and enters 1NXX (your local area code)

make sure your local Vender (C.O.) allows LD.

and vice-versa (sorta) for your LD vendor.
