Well you are limited in your options, best way is using qsig and that requires a voice networking licence to activate the feature it's then dependant on the a lint of channel licences you have. Or you can emulate the exchange on the Cisco...if it does that? But I would go for option A
Depends on what hardware you run 5.0, for a IP400 you don't need a networking license and for a IP500 you do need a voice networking license.
IP Office can be set as a CO line on a ETSI PRI if Cisco cannot.
With IP400 I have done both and Qsig is best a it signals as internal calls, a ETSI PRI always signals as external calls.
You need to work with line shortcodes if using Qsig for incoming calls as Qsig calls don't route through the ICR tables.
Main reason for me was to use the IPO as a conference bridge.
So with a IP400 go for Qsig, use system shortcodes to call the Cisco
Example for calling the Cisco users ( number range 1000 to 1999 ) :
PRI Qsig outgoing ID = 50
Short code = 1XXX
Tel number = .
Line ID = 50
Action = Dial
Example for incoming ( IPO number range 2000 to 2999 )
In the Qsig trunk add a shortcode like this:
Short code = 2XXX
Tel number = .
Line ID = 0
Action = Dial Extension
