PRI alarms on MICS 7.1

Hey all;

Have a customer with PRI alarms on a weekly basis. Seems to be Mondays. The telco has ruled out their circuit, and keeps saying it's the equipment. If I change the combo card, I default the system, and I have already swapped out the DTI card. Any ideas???

Ive talked with other techs and I (as well as any techs I asked) have never had a DTI fail or ever even heard of one failing. The trouble has ALWAYS proved back to the telco.
